The Bernina railway is part of the Rhaetian Railway network and was included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 2008. It connects St. Moritz to Tirano in Italy. This route is one of the most spectacular North-South Alpine crossings; winding past picturesque villages and deep blue Alpine lakes, it is a true delight for any traveller.
