Annotation:
The painting "Les deux baigneuses au filet de pêcheur" was created in 1943. The same subject was also used by Le Corbusier for the lithograph "no VII" from the portfolio "La mer est toujours présente".
The present drawing is a pre-study for that lithograph.
The work is registered at the Archive of Mme Naïma Jornod and M. Jean-Pierre Jornod, Geneva, and will be included into the forthcoming Catalogue Raisonné for the works on paper of Mme Naïma Jornod and Jean-Pierre Jornod .
