This artwork is presumably a study of the two paintings: "Game of Chance (I), 1949", which is at the Yale Universitiy Art Gallery, New Haven, CT, since 1959 and
"Game of Chance (II), 1949", which was part of the estate of the artist's widow until 1993 and today belongs to a European Private Collection.
