The present work is a study for the central monument "La main ouverte" a symbolic structure of the Capitol Complex of Chandigarh, a UNESCO world heritage site. The 26 meter high sculpture was posthumous built in 1985 according to the plans of Le Corbusier and is designed to rotate with the wind.
